工作原理/working principle
物料从入料口依次进入腔体内，落在高速旋转的活动打击锤头上，经过锤击与反击板之间的作用，物料得到初步破碎。物料受到多次高频率的反复锤击和反击后，这中隔板上形成堆积，产生滑落，落在高速旋转下部转子的甩料盘上，又被高速抛到反击板进入碰撞、下落并经移动式板锤强制性进行反击、破碎、研磨。因此，物料历经靠其自重下落过程中的多次复合粉碎、冲刷研磨，实现超细效果，然后经排料口排出。
The materials enter into the cavity in turn from the feeding port and fall on the high-speed rotatingmovable hammer. After the action between the hammer and the impact plate, the materials are initiallybroken. After the materials are repeatedly hammered and impacted by high frequency for many times, theclapboard forms accumulation and slides down. It falls on the material throwing plate of the lower rotorrotating at high speed, and then is thrown to the impact plate athigh speed to enter collision and fall, and isforced to impact, break and grind by the plate hammer. Therefore, the material is subjected tomutiple composite crushing, scouring and grinding in the process of falling by its own weight to achievethe ultra-fine effect, and then discharged through the discharge port.
