　　高压磨粉机是传统工业磨粉机的基础上，引进国外的工业制粉技术，组织技术专家和相关工程人员经过精心设计、试验和改进开发出的的工业磨粉机。适用于建材、化工、冶金、矿山、火电、煤炭等行业产品物料的粉磨加工。粉磨莫氏硬度在9.3级以下，湿度在6%以下的各种非易燃易爆矿产物料;如水泥(生熟料)、煤、滑石、长石、石英、矿渣、云母、方解石、石灰石、重晶石、硫酸钾、膨润土等干余种。

　　工作原理/working principle

　　大物料由颚式破碎机破碎至所需粒度，由斗式提升机运至储料斗，并通过振动给料机均匀连续地送入主装置进行粉碎。粉碎后的粉磨通过气流从鼓风机输送到分级机进行分级，满足细度的颗粒通过管道进入旋风收集器，并在那里分离和收集。在排出阀处排出，成为成品;气流通过旋风收集器顶部的回流管被吸入鼓风机。整个气流系统是密封循环，在正负气压下循环。
