工作原理/working principle
主机通过电机、三角皮带带动主轴，从而使转子旋转，大块物料从进料口进入破碎腔之后，被高速运动的板锤击碎。破碎至符合粒度要求的物料由底部蓖条直接排出，不符合粒度要求的物料则这破碎腔内，被转子上的板锤和衬板反复破碎，直至符合粒度要求后排出。为避免堵塞，被粉碎物料的含水量一般不超过20%。

Afterthe large material enters the crushing chamber from the feeding port,itis broken by the high-speed platehammer. The materials that meet the grain size requirements are directly discharged from the bottomcastor bar, and the materials that do not meet the grain size requirements are repeatedly broken by theplate hammer and liner on the rotor in the crushing chamber until they meet the grain size requirements.Inorder to avoid clogging, the moisture content of crushed materials is generally not more than 20%。
