2、 空气侧

（1）回油箱

接收空气侧密封回油及10号、9号轴承润滑回油，为空侧油泵供油，并将部分回油靠重力返回主油箱。回油箱安有两台抽油烟排风机，以利于有效脱除箱内气体。

（2）油泵

空气侧正常运行时，由交流泵供油另外还有四个备用油源（即主油泵、高压备用密封油泵、GHE空侧直流油泵和GGR润滑油）。交流泵电压为380VAC；直流泵电压为230VDC。正常运行时，交流泵投入工作，其余为备用。主油泵、高压备用密封油泵和GGR润滑油详见GGR系统。

（3）冷油器

两台冷油器并联安装，容量为2×100%，一台运行一台备用，冷油器由常规岛闭路冷却水系统SRI提供冷却，油入口温度65℃，油出口温度为52℃，SRI冷却水入口温度为38℃，SRI冷却水流量为25.26m3/h，油流量为13.2m3/h。

（4）油过滤器

油过滤器的作用就是对空气侧密封油进行过滤，以改善油质，过滤精度为100μm。密封油过滤器每8小时转动一次清除污垢，以避免油路堵塞。

（5）压差调节阀

调节阀256VH/264VH是根据密封油和氢气压差进行调节的。

正常差压调节阀256VH的功能：该阀装于密封轴瓦空气侧密封油旁路管道上，调试时能自动调节发电机空气侧密封轴瓦油压。保证轴瓦空气侧密封油供应。该阀工作时为常开状态，随着发电机内氢气压力的变化，阀门开度自动作相应的变化。通过调节圆柱螺旋弹簧可使轴瓦空气侧密封油压始终跟踪并维持其油压大于氢压，此压差值可在0.056—0.084Mpa范围内设计选定。

备用差压调节阀264VH的功能：该阀装于密封轴瓦空气侧密封油备用管路上，平时关闭，一旦轴瓦空侧密封油压下降到低于0.056Mpa时，该阀便自动打开投入工作，保证轴瓦空侧密封油供应。通过调节圆柱螺旋弹簧可使轴瓦空气侧密封油压始终跟踪并维持其油压大于氢压为设定压差值0.056Mpa。

HSN三螺杆泵是轴向输送容积式低压转子泵，它由特殊形状曲线构成的螺旋型面，当主动螺杆转动时，运动密封腔把液体从进口吸入并沿着轴向连续，无脉动地输送到排出口，泵运转平稳，噪音低；主、从杆的轴向力采用液压平衡装置，从杆由液压力驱动旋转，所以螺杆无磨损，使用寿命长；泵采用机械密封，无泄漏；结构简单紧凑、效率高、具有很强自吸能力、节能效果好；且安装、使用和维护方便。
HSN三螺杆泵可输送各种不含固体颗粒、无腐蚀性具有润滑性的不同液体。介质粘度为3.0～760mm2/s，流量范围11～5300L/min，zui高压力4.0Mpa，zui高温度150℃。广泛适用于机械、石油、化工、冶金、电力、船舶和食品等行业。

1、首先要准确了解HSN三螺杆泵的实际工作参数，如压力、流量、介质的工作温度及介质在工作温度下的粘度、介质有无润滑性、腐蚀性等；

2、根据介质在工作温度下的粘度初步选择泵的转速，一般粘度小于300mm2/s，选择n=1450r/min比较适合，当粘度大于300mm2/s，请慎重考虑泵的必需汽蚀余量，以免泵产生振动；
