三螺杆泵构造
1.主杆与从杆.螺杆就相当于螺杆泵的心脏.其主要原理就是螺杆相互啮合的螺杆沿轴向输送工作介质（主要材质为54Cr,  38CrMoAl）

HSNH660-44Z三螺杆泵设计原理

HSNH三螺杆泵是按国家标准GB10887-89设计、制造生产。HSNH三螺杆泵是转子式容积泵，它是利用螺杆啮合原理，依靠旋转的螺杆在泵套内相互啮合，把被输送的介质封闭在啮合腔内，沿螺杆轴向连续匀速地推至排出口，为系统提供稳定的压力。三螺杆泵适用于输送各种无腐蚀性油类及类似油和润滑性液体。输送液体的粘度范围一般为3.0～760mm2/S（1.2～100°E），高粘度介质可通过加温降粘后输送。其温度一般不超过350℃。

HSNH660-44Z三螺杆泵结构特点 
HSN系列三螺杆泵由特殊型线构成的螺旋面的主动螺杆转动时，其动密封腔室将把液体由吸入口吸入并沿轴向连续、无脉动的输送到排出口。主杆采用液压平衡，从杆的轴向力支撑在后盖上，并由液压力驱动旋转，因而螺杆型面仅传递液压扭矩，并不受力，也无磨损，对全部传动零件而言，均由被输送介质润滑。主杆的径向由平衡活塞定位，且借助于平衡活塞和轴套的间隙使高压腔和密封腔分开，在密封腔内装有机械密封，腔内的油液回油孔与泵的吸入腔相通，因而不受排出压力的影响。由于部件通用组合系列化有多种结构，可用于卧式（H），法兰式（F）和立式（S）安装。 
根据所输送介质需要还可提供加热或冷却结构。

螺杆泵的工作原理
螺杆泵工作时，液体被吸入后就进入螺纹与泵壳所围的密封空间，当主动螺杆旋转时，螺杆泵密封容积在螺牙的挤压下提高螺杆泵压力，并沿轴向移动。由于螺杆是等速旋转，所以液体出流流量也是均匀的。
