一、产品特点Product features

1、智能稳定，广泛适用于饲料、食品、化工、制药、生物制粒等行业；

Stable and efficient, widely used in feed, food, chemical, pharmaceutical, biological and other industries;

2、设计高精度齿轮传动系统，传动效率高达97%，产量高，震动小，运行平稳；

Design for high-precision gear transmission system improves transmission efficiency up to 97% to high output, small vibration and smooth operation;

3、整体式喂料设计，使用更少的螺栓，便于快速调节，确保穿过环模表面和每个压制区域的物料均匀分布。

Unique integral feeding design,whichapplies fewer bolts,is easy to adjust to ensure evenness distribution of materials through the surface of the pellet die and each pressing area.

4、配置自动循环机油冷却系统，使传动箱中关键轴承冷却和润滑效果更好，使设备能长时间连续满负荷生产。

Equipped with automatic circulating oil cooling system, which ensures the better effect of the cooling and lubrication of key bearings in the transmission box. So the equipment can be continuously operated at full load for a long time.

5、配置环模起吊装置，提高环模更换效率；
