Introduction for GZ6200 Series Partition type Dryer (High end Model)

一、产品特点Product features

1、广泛应用于水产饲料、特种饲料、宠物食品等颗粒状或片状物料的烘干工段；

Widely used in the drying section of granular or flake materials such as aquatic feed, special feed, pet food;

2、不锈钢冲孔筛床，开孔率高，生产时布风均匀，烘干产品颗粒直径范围0.6mm-40mm，可满足不同类型饲料的烘干；

With stainless steel perforated bed of punched holes with large open area and even air distribution during production for dry product particle size range of 0.6mm-40mm, which satisfies different types of feed;

3、设计的风路循环系统，保证“高湿度饱和空气"及时排除，同时又利用富余的热能，降低能耗，有效节约了生产成本；

The unique air circulation system design ensurestimely removal of "saturated air with high humidity, and reduces energy consumption applying surplus heat energy and effectively save production costsat the same time;

4、模块化设计，长度方向可以模块化灵活组合，能满足不同产能需求，适应不同现场的安装，有利于系统后期继续升级；

To take advantage of modular design, the lengthwise direction can be modularized with modules flexibly combined, which can meet different capacity requirements and adapt to the installation of different sites, which is conducive to the system to upgradecontinuously in the later stage;

5、不锈钢烘干室设计独立烘干区域，每个烘干区可根据生产需求单独调整温度50℃-150℃，以及可以单独调整气流方向，每层烘干时间可以单独调整15分钟-100分钟不等；

The dryer consists of independent drying zones with each designed in stainless steel chamber. Each drying area can be individually adjusted from 50 °C to 150 °Caccording to the production requirements and can be individually adjusted the direction of air flow.Each layer of drying time can be individually adjusted from15 minutes to 100 minutes;

6、烘干带的物料厚度和烘干时间可根据生产需求连续调整；

The material depth ａnd drying time of the drying belt can be continuously adjusted according to the production demands;

7、设计集成热空气系统，生产可以采用直接加热式燃气烧嘴，或者间接加热式蒸汽交换器；

Due to the design of integrated hot air system, the production can use direct heating by gas burner or indirect heating by steam exchanger;

8、能耗更低，相比传统设计的烘干机，生产能耗可节约20-30%，高效、节能、环保。

Compared with the traditional dryer, the energy consumption is lower offering production energy savings by 20-30%, which is efficient, energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
