用途Usage

适用于中药、西药、淀粉糖、食乳品等液料的浓缩，尤其适用于热敏性物料的低温浓缩。

The concentrator is applicable to concentration of liquid materials of traditional Chinese medicine, Western

medicine, starch sugar, food and dairy products, and it is especially applicable to low temperature vacuum

concentration of heat sensitive substances.

设备特点

。采用低温真空浓缩，单效蒸豁黑磨30-500C，p刹氏了能耗．蒸发浓缩效率提高3-5倍。

。可回收酒精浓度80％左右，一效、二效可以反复并锅收膏，可以间歇、在续讲料．

。采用二效同时蒸发，二次热能得侄U使用，耗能总量旧刹氏．

。The concentrator adopts negative pressure external heating natural cycling evaporation mode, with instant

evaporation and great concentrated specific gravity up to 1.1-1.3.

。The concentration of alcohol that can be reclaimed is approximately 80%,the boiler can reclaim repetitively

with the circulation of the first effect and second effect, materials can be fed into for concentration

continuously and at intervals

。The concentrator adopts dual-effect simultaneous evaporation and uses twice steam, therefore, the energy

can be save by 40% when compared with single-effect concentrator, the investment saved in a year can be up

to total investment on the concentrator
