2、反应釜轴的密封采用特殊卫生级机械密封设计，也可采用填料密封和磁力密封，密封程度高.
3、酚醛聚酯反应釜能够承受120℃左右高温灭菌消毒，工作温度可达200℃，采用聚氨酯和岩棉作为保温材料；并配备卫生级压力表；
4、反应釜可采用蒸汽加热、电加热、导热油等加热方式，以满足耐酸、耐碱、耐高温、耐磨蚀、抗腐蚀等不同工作环境的工艺需求。
5、该反应釜可实现蒸汽的循环使用，降低能量损失，提升利用率，保护环境。
