SJSZ系列锥形双螺杆塑料造粒机是一种适合于将PVC粉料挤出成颗粒的专用设备,具有剪切速率小,物料不易分解,塑化混炼均匀,产量高,质量优,使用寿命长等优点;机筒采用铸铝加热圈加热及特殊风冷却系统冷却,机筒加热采用自动温度控制;螺杆芯部采用水循环冷却,电动机采用交流电机或直流电机;配有造粒头和切粒装置,水循环冷却系统以及风送装置。

SJSZ series conical twin screws pilling extruder is a kind of special equipmentfor making PVC granular.Machines of this series feature low shearingrate,uneasy degradation,even plastication and agglomeration,reliablequltylong servicing lifeUsing PVC powder as raw material for a directforming,the exturders perform an excellent effetivenesss Barrel is heated bycasting aluminum heaters and cooled by special wind cooling system.Heating barrel uses automatic temperature control.The screws cooled bycirculating cool water. Main motor adopts DC or AC motor.The machineequipped with head of making granular,as well as water cooling system andwind conveying device.
