| 性能及特点: 该机组由锥型双螺杆塑料挤出机、真空定型台、牵引机、切割机、翻料架等组成;可以根据不同规格的锥形双螺杆塑料挤出机、GF系列辅机,生产不同直径的管材;真空定径机根据需要配有2—3段喷淋冷却系统,真空泵和牵引电机均采用优质产品,牵引采用变频调速控制,牵引机有二爪、三爪、四爪、六爪等牵引方式;切割机有锯片上下式切割和行星环绕式切割,设有自动定长切割,机组性能可靠、生产效率高、操作简便等优点。 | Characteristics and performance: The machine units mainly consists of conical twin screws extuder, vacuumcalibrating and cooling case,haul- off unit,cutting unit, stacker etc. Differentdiameter of pipes need varied model of conical twin screw extruder and auxiliarymachine.Vacuum calibrating case has 2-3 segments cooling system upon demands,both vacuum pump and haul-off motor have applied excellent products.Haul-off unit have appliced AC import inverter. The drawing machine containstwo-claws type,three- claws type,four claws type, six-claws type etc. Cuttingunit has up and down cut and planetary cut type.
