一、工作原理及应用范围介绍 Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application

大型烘房的烘干工作原理与大风量热风循环烘箱相同，主要是当物料单批次要求烘干的量特别大时，应采用大型烘房集中来解决。广泛应用于中药材、农副产品、食品、肉制品、林产品、粮食、水果、蔬菜等的大批量烘干脱水。

      The drying working principle of large drying room is identical to that of large air flow hot air circulation oven. When a large amount of materials shall be dried in single batch, large drying room shall be used for drying. It is widely used for drying and dehydration of traditional Chinese medicinal materials, agricultural products and sideline products, food, meat product, forest product, food, fruits, vegetables, etc.

1. 批次入炉烘干量大，可根据实情需要进行专门设计配置，量小的为几百公斤，量大的几十吨均可。

2.   可设计成分段分批量进行烘干，适应性非常广。

3.   整机可根据需要设计成防自燃、自动喷淋、超温报警、定时提示等自动化系统。
