激光冷水机含有输入输出控制设备开关以及冷却水流量、高低温报警的*功能，性能更加稳定。主机包括水箱、蒸发器、节流阀、冷凝器和压缩机依次连接形成的制冷系统，水箱内设有温度传感器；水箱连接有供应冷却水的供水管，沿供水方向依次设有抽水泵和阀门开关，供水管设有过滤器，通向激光发生器。供水管在冷却水流经激光发生器后连接有通向切割头处的温水管，温水流经切割头后连接有回流到水箱的回流管；水箱的底部设有下水管。
