 （二）信号调理与采集单元

采用单一量程信号调节器可以在满量程范围内达到zui高分辨率，简化控制环调节。传感器只需单程标定，自动选择加量程，消除由于改变量程引起的瞬变现象，所有测量通道的同步数据采集速率可达3.8KHz，端口数据获取速率zui高可达200Hz，这意味着不会丢失数据，可提供加保真度。

（三）高集成度接口单元

CCS数字化控制系统可为操作人员提供丰富的传输接口，RS232接口可实现单台设备在长距离范围内的可靠传输；USB接口能够为笔记本或其他PC机用户提供试验数据的便携传输；CAN总线接口可为规模化试验系统提供多机联控模式下的智能数据传输。

（四）测量设备兼容单元

CCS系统提供不少于3个通道的应变片类传感器输入模块和不少于6个通道的位置脉冲采集模块，所有通道的数据采集严格同步。基于硬件滤波的32级低频去抖动技术使得位置脉冲在设备超低速闭环运行（保载）时所产生的摆动（干扰）脉冲能够被有效识别并给予纠正，基于硬件QEI的四倍频脉冲计数方式使得位移计数精度可以提高4倍，分辨率zui高可达0.01um。

（五）提供现代试验方法的伺服控制单元

CCS电子系统可对各种伺服执行机构进行PID闭环控制及多闭环无冲击切换，以提供晶确、可重复的试验，适用于各种材料的全部静态试验及大部分材料低周期范围内的动态试验。

我公司派工程师负责安装调试及培训。

产品自客户验收之日起，免费保修2年，终身维修。

1、设备安装调试：

免费为用户提供所购仪器的安装调试服务。在进行安装调试前用户方应提供相应的准备工作，并予以提前通知，具体安装调试日期双方可以协商而定。设备安装调试由多年行业*工程师免费进行。保证用户可以正确使用、软件操作和一般维护以及应及故障的处理。

2、培  训：

我公司工程师免费为用户提供操作人员培训，直到操作人员能独立操作为止。

3、设备验收标准：

用户方按订货技术要求进行验收。并符合国家标准要求。设备验收在用户方进行并由我公司安装调试技术人员和用户共同在维修报告上签字以确认仪器的调试工作完成。

4、设备维修服务：

我公司产品自用户现场调试验收合格后2年内免费保修，终身维护。在2年免费保修期内产品发生非人为质量问题，我公司为客户提供免费维修。如产品在免费保修期外出现故障，维修服务只适当收取材料成本费。

5、技术zhi持：

对于所需仪器的用户，根据用户的要求提供专业的技术方案。除了常规的仪器服务外，我公司技术部还可为用户提供各种非常规设备的技术zhi持。

6、售后响应：

在接到用户维修邀请后，2小时内做出反应，并给予解决。如未解决，我公司指派工程师及时到达用户现场，解决问题至设备正常使用为止。

4. Equipment maintenance service:

During the 2-year free warranty period, our company provides free maintenance for customers in case of non-human quality problems. If the product breaks down outside the free warranty period, the maintenance service will only charge the material cost properly.

6. After sales response:
