椭圆管加工常用方法1.锻压法：用型锻机将椭圆管端部或一部分予以冲伸，使外径减少，常用型锻机有旋转式、连杆式、滚轮式。2.冲压法：在冲床上用带锥度的芯子将椭圆管端扩到要求的尺寸和形状。3.滚轮法：在管内放置芯子，外周用滚轮推压，用于圆缘加工。4.滚轧法：一般不用芯轴，适合于厚壁管内侧圆缘。
Common methods of elliptical tube processing 1. Forging: Elliptical tube end or part is stretched by a forging machine to reduce the outer diameter. Common forging machines include rotary, connecting rod and roller type. 2. Stamping method: The elliptical tube end is expanded to the required size and shape with a tapered core on the punch press. 3. Roller method: the core is placed in the tube, and the outer part is pushed by the roller for the edge processing. 4.
