热压罐是一种快开门的压力容器， 它在制造的时候有着国家相关的依据标准． 是一种针对聚合物基复合材料成型工艺特点的工艺设备、针对大型产量大的碳纤维制品固化成型、热压罐固化成型的效果远比烤箱的效果好， 故而目前的碳纤维制品纷纷采用真空热压罐， 以满足军民用品的需求。
热压罐的组成：
热压罐是由承压罐体、空压机及过滤系统、真空系统、控制系统等部分组成． 它的工作原理是将高强度玻璃纤维、碳纤维、棚纤维、芳纶纤维等增强材料和树脂（含预浸材料）按设计方向和顺序逐层铺放到模具上， 达到规定厚度后，放入到真空袋中抽真空， 经加压、加热、固化、冷却、脱模、修整而获得高性能复合材料制品．
