概述

Y3系列低压大功率全封闭笼型三相异步电动机是采用新材料、新工艺和新技术设计的，电机采用高强度铸铁结构，机座外部带正交分布的散热筋，具有良好的散热性，整体刚度好。外型结构与Y2系列相同。电机采用F级绝缘，防护等级为IP55，额定电压为380V或660V，额定频率为50HZ，安装形式为IMB3、IMB35、冷却方式为IC411，该产品体积小，重量轻，结构紧凑，效率高，噪声低。

该系列电动机适用于驱动各种通用机械，如水泵、风机、压缩机、运输机械等，也可在石油化工、矿山企业作原动机。

我公司可根据客户需求，设计和生产中心高至H560钢板结构的低压大功率电机及各种派生系列电机。

使用条件

额定电压：380V、660V、690V

额定频率：50HZ

冷却方式：IC411（外手循环表面冷却）

环境温度：随季节变化而变化，但不起过-15℃~40℃ 如采用滑动轴承，环境温度不得低于5℃海拔：不超过1000米

工作方式：连续（S1）

Summary

Y3 series low-voltage high-power fully enclosed cage three-phase asynchronous motor is designed with new materials, new technology and new technology. The motor adopts high-strength cast iron structure, with orthogonal distribution of heat sinks outside the frame, which has good heat dissipation and good overall stiffness. The appearance structure is the same as Y2 series. The motor adopts Class F insulation, IP55, rated voltage 380V or 660V, rated frequency 50HZ, installation form IMB3, IMB35, cooling mode IC411. The product has small volume, light weight, compact structure, high efficiency and low noise.

The series motors are suitable for driving all kinds of general machinery, such as pumps, fans, compressors, transport machinery, etc. They can also be used as prime movers in petrochemical and mining enterprises.

Our company can design and produce low-voltage high-power motors with H560 steel plate structure and various derivative series motors according to customer needs.

Conditions of use

Rated voltage: 380V, 660V, 690V

Rated frequency: 50HZ

Cooling mode: IC411 (External Hａnd Circulation Surface Cooling)

Environmental temperature: varies with the season, but does not exceed - 15 C to 40 C. If sliding bearings are used, the environmental temperature shall not be lower than 5 C elevation: no more than 1000 meters.

Working mode: continuous (S1)
