动作元件采用电-气-液压自动控制。多重安全保护:转速检测、过振动保护、开盖保护、电机过载过热保护刮刀旋转机械/电气双重控制。
焊接式整体机架结构紧凑机器承载强度高
全密闭结构，密封件采用硅橡胶或氟橡胶等。
独立式液压站，可隔离安装、方便检修。
采用变频控制，转鼓速度无级可调。可按要求设定进料分离、洗涤脱水、卸料等工艺速度浮动平台底座橡胶减振基础。亦可选用液态阻尼减振器，减振效果*，机器运转平稳减小机器振动对设备和环境的危害。
一种出料方式选择:斜槽开放式出料结构简单:螺旋输送器与刮刀集成卸料，滤饼收集率高，有效防止堵料。
虹吸式离心机具备虹吸推动力，过滤速度更快。可配置反冲洗装置，对过滤介质进行洗涤，实现滤布再生。还可配置撇液装置。适用含蛋白等胶体物质的物料分离。
