2、机身采用箱式结构设计，整体焊接而成，整机刚性好，通过整平可消除卷料应力，使开卷材料平直，连续自动化加工零件无需再调直。
3、本机配置品牌电动蜗轮蜗杆减速机，以齿轮链条调节进料速度，使上下滚轴同步传动，进料动作简便，节省了人工成本。
4、采用四点独立手轮微调上下滚轴间隙，机身有刻度标牌，直观易懂，操作简单。
5、滚轴采用实心轴承钢材料，经高频、调质热处理后，再研磨及镀铬处理，HRC可达60°，既精度高、耐磨性好、使用寿命长，又保护了原材料表面无压痕损伤。
6、本机整平时间可由电控箱设定，根据自动线进料要求调整延时启动时间，避免马达频繁启动，影响其使用寿命。
7、配有进料托料轴限位装置、进料滚轴压紧装置，上下滚轴全传动，避免被动转动而造成材料表面划伤。

● Device features：
1. This machine is an automatic equipment specially designed for supporting cold-form forming, continuous stamping, automatic sheet metal, slitting and other production lines.
Used for leveling, straightening, etc. of strip, low carbon steel plate, galvanized sheet, aluminum sheet, copper sheet, stainless steel sheet, iron plate, non-metallic plate and other materials.
2. The fuselage adopts a box-type structure design, which is welded as a whole, and the whole machine has good rigidity. The coiling stress can be eliminated by leveling, the material is leveled, and it is convenient for continuous automatic processing of parts without straightening.
3. The machine is equipped with a brａnd electric worm gear reducer, which adjusts the feeding speed with a gear chain, so that the upper and lower rollers are synchronously driven, the feeding operation is simple, and labor costs are saved.
4. The four-point independent handwheel is used to finely adjust the clearance between the upper and lower rollers. The machine has a scale label, which is easy to understａnd and simple to operate.
5. The roller adopts solid bearing steel material. After high frequency, quenching and tempering, grinding and chrome plating, HRC can reach 60 °, which not only has high precision, good wear resistance, long service life, but also protects the surface of raw materials. Prevent indentation damage.
6. The leveling time of this machine can be set by the electric control box, and the delayed start time can be adjusted according to the requirements of automatic line feeding to avoid frequent startup of the motor and affect its service life.
