三、结构及原理：
★挤出器主要由挤出桶、活塞、前后盖及孔板等组成。
★它的工作原理是利用压缩空气在规定压力下标准器具中挤出规定体积的密封材料。对单组分密封材料，以单位时间内挤出的密封体积报告其挤出性；对多组分密封材料，以绘图的方法报告其适用期。

四、组装与使用：
★将活塞和活塞环装在一起，放入挤出筒中，活塞环的一侧朝向挤出孔。将试样填入挤出筒中，注意勿混入空气，将填满的试样表面修平，然后将前盖、孔板及后盖装在挤出筒上。
★使滑板处于关闭状态，将组装好的挤出器与空压机相连接。使挤出器置于相关产品标准规定的空气压力之下，在整个试验过程中保持压力稳定。
★测试之前挤出（2-3）cm长的试样，使试样充满挤出器的孔。

★ Extrude the (2-3) cm long sample before testing to fill the sample with the well.
