一、概述：
铜线退火设备用于铜线（黄铜合金外护层）在线退火用串联逆变中频感应加热设备，带能量监控装置，透入深度及硬度按客户具体要求，以达到去除应力和软化黄铜合金外护层的目的。
设备简介：成套设备按机电一体化结构设计制造，其中串联逆变中频电源为6脉或者12脉波晶闸管KGPS200KW/8KHZ串联逆变中频电源（功率因数0.96以上）一套，负载为HR系列感应加热炉一套，该设备设计有手动及自动调功旋钮，其中自动为温度闭环控制方式。外控操作台选用计算机xp系统触摸屏控制，在触摸屏上可方便输入加热参数，如铜线规格、加热速度、退火温度等，参数输入后中频电源温度闭环控制系统会自动调整输出功率，从而满足生产需求。当生产某个环节出现故障时，中频电源可根据计算机设定的温度进行保温，避免将铜线过烧。设备按用户要求摆放，面对设备从左向右操作，操作台正向主设备放置，利于操作人员观察生产情况及方便调整参数。
该设备具有完善的安全保护措施，主回路短路保护主回，路缺相保护，主回路过电流保护，低电压高保护，电网电压低保护，冷却水温高保护，冷却水压低保护，可控硅过电压保护，可控硅过电流保护，并对故障有声光报警装置。设备按200KW配置，留有足够的功率余量，保证设备24小时连续稳定生产。所有裸露导电体均安装于带锁电控箱内，并有醒目安全提示标志，不会发生电气安全事故。各连锁装置可避免因人工误操作对设备或铜线造成损坏。
