工作原理   Work Principle

        RFL型系列立式金属体间接加热的热风炉,是我厂结合多年热源加热的实际使用经验开发的新型、高效能设备。该产品以炉体高温段换热和多层逆顺导流的间接加热技术相结合，集燃烧与换热为一体。烟气和空气各行其道，加热无污染，热效率高达70%以上。该炉具有升温快、耗能低、体积小、安装方便、使用可靠等优点。由于采用了耐高温技术，其寿命比列管热风炉大大提高，且热性能更稳定，输出热风温度可高达250度，并可使用煤、柴作燃料。该炉的各项技术指标均处于国内水平，并广泛用于化工、食品、橡胶、水产品、医药、饲料及农副产品干燥加工等行业。

    This efficient and new style of indirect-heating metal burner is designed and developed based on our long-termed practical experience. Combining the indirect heating technology of heat transfer in high temperature section and flow exchanged among different sections, it allows burning and heat transferring happen in the same time.

    It creates no pollution as the smoke and the gas are separated. With over 70% heat efficiency , the burner features rapid heat, low consumption, small volume, easy to install and safe in operation.

    With the use of high-temperature-resistant material, comparing with the pipe burner, it provides longer life time and more stable performance. The output temperature is up to 250℃. Either coal or firewood is available for the burner as fuel.

With the technical standard in domestic leading level, the burner is wildly used in chemical industry, food industry, rubber industry, fishery industry, pharmaceutical industry, feed industry, agriculture industry and so on.
