3GR三螺杆泵详细内容

3GR三螺杆泵用来输送温度≤150℃、粘度3-760cst，三螺杆泵不含固体颗粒、无腐蚀性、具有润滑性能的介质。3GR三螺杆泵主要应用于燃油输送、液压工程机械业及重型机械业、3GR三螺杆泵船舶及海上工程、油罐及印染工业、化工、石化及其它工业。 3GR三螺杆泵所输液体为各种不含固体颗粒，无腐蚀性油类及类似油的润滑性液体，所输液体粘度为1.2-100E（3.0-760cst），高粘度液体亦可通过加温降粘后输送。流量范围0.2—590m ／h，zui高工作压力100bar，zui高温度150℃。 三螺杆泵结构简单：具有多种结构形式，三螺杆泵一般小流量0.2—6.5m／h，泵的泵体和衬套合为一个（统称泵体）轴封为端面机械密封。 中等流量以上的泵衬套为一单独的零件固定于泵体内，大流量泵多制成双吸结构卧式安装，轴封根据输送介质的不同有端面机械密封和填料密封两种。 船用泵的安装形式有卧式和立式两种、原动机为交、直流船用电动机。寿命长，3GR三螺杆泵的主动螺杆由电动机驱动，主、从杆之间没有机械接触，而由所输压力液体驱使从悍绕轴心线自转，主，从杆之间、螺杆与衬套之间皆有一层油膜保护，因而3GR三螺杆泵的机械摩擦极小，寿命堪称半*性。所输液体在3GR三螺杆泵内作轴向匀速直线运动，故压力脉动小，流量稳定，噪音低，由于转动部分惯性小，则起动力矩和振动很小。3GR三螺杆泵具有高吸入能力，3GR三螺杆泵，电机及管路系统的安全，中等流量以上的螺悍泵均带有安全阀，当压力超过安全阀的设定压力时。高压油将回流至泵的进油口。

3GR螺杆泵工作原理与特点

3GR螺杆泵是利用螺杆的回转来吸排液体的。主、从动螺杆的螺纹均为双头螺纹。由于各螺杆的相互啮合以及螺杆与衬筒内壁的紧密配合，在泵的吸入口和排出口之间，就会被分隔成一个或多个密封空间。随着螺杆的转动和啮合，这些密封空间在泵的吸入端不断形成，将吸入室中的液体封入其中，并自吸入室沿螺杆轴向连续地推移至排出端，将封闭在各空间中的液体不断排出，犹如一螺母在螺纹回转时被不断向前推进的情形那样，这就是3GR螺杆泵的基本工作原理。

三、3GR螺杆泵选型 时应注意以下几点：

1. 泵转速的选择

1.1 以输送介质粘度和泵的规格确定转速范围：

输送高粘度介质时，泵应选低转速，若粘度较低，相应可选择高转速：介质粘度〉 20°E 时，对于大规格的泵（主杆外径60mm 以上），转速以970rpm 或720rpm 为宜，如果粘度更高（粘度>80°E ）如粘胶液，可降低转速使用，* 200-500rpm ；
