双螺杆泵选型步骤：
双螺杆泵和三螺杆泵单螺杆泵的选型步骤有所不同，
1.双螺杆泵和三螺杆泵zui大的区别就是双螺杆泵能输送各种具有流动性的液体和没有流动性的固体，介质润滑性的好坏对于双螺杆泵来说显得就不是那么的重要，对输送有腐蚀性的介质我们将采用不锈钢材质为客户订制适合您现场使用产品，国产的三螺杆泵和双螺杆泵相比就显得比较娇贵，三螺杆泵一般适合输送各种润滑性良好无腐蚀性的介质，对于输送重油，柴油，等润滑性差的介质三螺杆泵就要采用外置机械密封，尽管外置机械密封是避免了因为磨损而造成机械密封漏油的情况发生，但是避免不了螺杆与螺杆摩擦，*输送润滑性差介质，会使螺杆磨损 ，就会造成泵的压力上不去，流量损失等，对三螺杆泵的使用寿命造成严重威胁。
2.双螺杆泵输送的流量范围广，从1 m3/h到8600 m3/h，而三螺杆泵的流量1m3/h到600m3/h，所以在许多油田上用大流量原油输送泵和船舶上用主机润滑泵，货油泵三螺杆泵很少被列入设计院选型范围之内。
3.双螺杆泵能承受的温度范围广，从~20°C到500°C，而三螺杆泵承受的温度范围~10°C到200°C。

1、双螺杆泵具有流量大，自吸能力好，噪声低，寿命长，配置形式多，适应性广。
2、有很强的自吸性能，多相混输时，含气率不高于60％，双螺杆泵适用于具有润滑性无固体杂质的各种油品的输送，双螺杆泵适用于不含固体杂质的各种介质的输送包含各种油品化学品及高分子物料的输送。
3、外置轴承结构，采 用独立润滑，允许输送各种非润滑性介质。
4、采用同步齿轮驱动，二转子之间不接触，即使短时间空转也无妨。
5、泵体带有加热套，可以输送各种清洁或含有固体小颗粒的低粘度或高粘度介质（一般颗粒直径小于0.12-0.2mm）
