一、        概述

目前，行业中所使用的烘箱一般是以轴流风机来强制烘箱内的空气对流风机来强制烘箱内的空气对流，烘箱内的空气是从烘箱的一端流上另一端，形成一个单对流循环，因热空气通过物料后到达烘箱另一端时温度明显下降，使实际操作时烘箱内的温差较大，直接影响产品质量的均匀性。

签于上述存在的问题，我们研制了高效双对流节能烘箱，这种烘箱结构更合理，内部空气流动形式为双对流形式，改变了传统烘箱内部空气的循环方式，降低了烘箱内温差，提高了干燥对象的受热均匀性，从而提高干燥效率和产品质量。

一、Generation Information

At present，the oven we used adopts axial-flow blowerto force the cross-ventilation in the oven。The air in the oven is flow from one end to the other end，which forms a single convective circulation。Since the temperature droops down after flow to the other part，the temperature difference is very big。Therefore，it makes the quality poor or not evenly enough。

For overcoming the problems above，we develop the high-effective double cross venti8lation energy-saving oven。The air in the oven is double convective circulation，so it lowers the temperature differenceimproves the materials heating evenly。
