HSNH 三螺杆泵 HSNH 系列三螺杆泵是根据市场需求，并按国家标准 GB/T10886-2002<< 三螺杆泵 >> 的规定自行开发研制的三螺杆泵。用于润滑性液体：如机械油、润滑油、重油、渣油；低润滑性液体：如轻柴油、重柴油、含蜡稀油；粘性液体：如各种合成橡胶液和人造胶液、乳化液。适用温度 ≤150 ℃ 、压力 ≤4.0Mpa 。

HSN系列三螺杆泵是轴向输送容积式低压转子泵，它由特殊形状曲线构成的螺旋型面，当主动螺杆转动时，运动密封腔把液体从进口吸入并沿着轴向连续，无脉动地输送到排出口，泵运转平稳，噪音低；主、从杆的轴向力采用液压平衡装置，从杆由液压力驱动旋转，所以螺杆无磨损，使用寿命长；泵采用机械密封，无泄漏；结构简单紧凑、效率高、具有很强自吸能力、节能效果好；且安装、使用和维护方便。

HSN三螺杆泵选型步骤及注意事项

HSN three screw pump selection steps and matters needing attention

 

1、首先要准确了解HSN三螺杆泵的实际工作参数，如压力、流量、介质的工作温度及介质在工作温度下的粘度、介质有无润滑性、腐蚀性等；

1, we should accuray understand the actual working parameters of the HSN three screw pump, such as the temperature and medium pressure, flow rate, medium viscosity at operating temperature, medium with and withoutlubrication, corrosion resistance;

2、根据介质在工作温度下的粘度初步选择泵的转速，一般粘度小于300mm2/s，选择n=1450r/min比较适合，当粘度大于300mm2/s，请慎重考虑泵的必需汽蚀余量，以免泵产生振动；

3、从泵的性能表上，按所需流量、压力等参数初步选择泵的规格；

4、从泵的必需汽蚀表（P15）上，根据泵的规格转速粘度查出泵的必需汽蚀余量NPSHr值；

5、如果泵的必需汽蚀余量NPSHr值小于管道装置的汽蚀余量NPSHa值，那么泵选型正确；如果泵的必需汽蚀余量NPSHr值大于管道装置的汽蚀余量NPSHa值，则要选择大一档的泵或是降低转速，并重新校合NPSHr值。NPSHr ≤ NPSHa+K（一般情况安全裕度 K取0.3—0.5m）

6、选定泵的规格后，在对应的粘度下，从表中查出此规格泵在工作压力下△P下的流量与轴功率N1，选配电机功率N2，N2 ≥ K·N1。N1（Kw） ≤5 5＜N1≤10 10＜N1≤50 ＞50K 1.25 1.2 1.15 1.1

7、用户选定泵后，根据泵的规格与电机的机组配套尺寸进行基础施工设计，进出口管道必须与泵的进出口相匹配。
