·上下无绞龙设计：取消了干燥机原上下绞龙结构，提升机进粮和排粮均采用倾斜溜管，利用谷物自重自由下落，无挤压破碎。

·Upper and lower auger design: The original upper and lower auger structure of the dryer is cancelled. The elevator adopts inclined chute for grain feeding and discharging, and the grains fall freely under their own weight without crushing.

·前推后拉大风量设计：干燥段配有3台斜流风机，进风口一台风机正压送风、出风口两台风机负压吸风，平衡风量、减少阻力、提高热风利用率。

·Design of large air volume by pushing forward and pulling back: The drying section is equipped with 3 diagonal fans, one fan at the air inlet provides positive air pressure, and two fans at the air outlet suction air to balance the air volume, reduce resistance, and improve the utilization rate of hot air.

·大干燥段设计：干燥段高度1.6m以上，两段组合，强度高不变形，干燥层合理排粮流速稳定，干燥均匀，干燥速率较高。

·单独除尘设计：在提升机头部设有单独除尘风机和管道，能及时带走粮食在循环过程中的灰尘和轻杂质等，使谷物更加干净，加工间内的灰尘大大减少，提高了作业现场环境质量。

·自动调温控制：进风入口配有关风门和配风门，可根据设定温度需要和温度传感器测试的温度，始终控制热风温度在设定温度的±5-7℃范围内。

·水分控制准确：新型电控箱的控制界面更加清晰、增加了稻谷、小麦、油菜籽和玉米等多种物料的程序控制，选好物料可一键干燥，不同水分采取不同温度烘干，保证物料品质；电控箱可选用国产水分仪或进口水分仪及新型传感器水分仪（正在试验，成功后推广）保证水分测定在±0.5%范围内，保证粮食品质。

The selected materials can be dried with one button. Different moistures can be dried at different temperatures.
