管线式高剪切工作过程

1、在高速旋转的转子产生的离心力作用下,图中的物料从工作头的上进料区域同时从轴向吸入工作腔。

2、强劲的离心力将物料从径向甩入定、转子之间狭窄精密的空隙中。同时受到离心挤压、撞击等作用力,使物料初步 分散乳化。

3、在高速旋转的转子外端产生至少15m/s以上的线速度,zui高可至40m/s,并形成强烈的机械及液力剪切、液层摩擦、 撞击撕裂,是物料充分的分散、乳化、均质、破碎、同时通过从径向喷射出来。经过一次处理或循环处理后zui终完成 分散、乳化、均质过程。

4、或者在第二组转子离心力的作用下,进入第二个定、转子工作区;再一次经过定、转子多层、密集、均匀剪切作用 后,从径向喷射出来,在第三组转子离心力的作用下,进入第三组定、转子工作区,完成分散、乳化、均质等工艺工 程。经过三组定、转子一次处理后,是物料在zui短时间内得到均匀地处理,zui终完成分散、乳化、均质过程。
