AIR-LOGIC节流孔F-2815系列介绍

Molded orifices are the simplest method of flow control and are one of Air Logic's best-selling product lines. They work on the principal of Flow Restriction with the orifice diameter being identified in the part number and by color codes assigned to each orifice size. In addition to orifice diameter, Air Logic controls many smaller factors that have an impact on the total restriction of the orifice. This is why Air Logic's orifices are trusted to provide accurate and reliable flow performance across a variety of different markets. All of the Air Logics products are precision molded, assembled and tested in America.

Plastic Needle Valves are an adjustable method of flow control. Internally, the pin and body create an adjustable orifice that restricts flow. Useful for instances when the exact flow rate hasn't been determined or to compensate for flow variation in other parts of the system. Very fine threads ensure adjustment accuracy. Thread interference increase the friction and reduce the likelihood of vibrations causing a change in the flow rate. All of the Air Logics products are assembled and tested in America. Plastic needle valves are tested for sealing and performance.

Threaded inline filters protect sensitive devices from system contamination in a pneumatic or liquid circuit. Filters are a flat stainless steel weave meant for small devices or for larger systems working in tandem with system-wide filtration. There is no flow orientation to the inline filters, the filtered area and canister volume are equal on both sides of the filter. Threaded inline filters offer the largest filtered area in Air Logic's offerings.

 

Threaded inline filters are commonly used to protect against debris generated inside of a system or device. Ex. Teflon tape debris during assembly, broken o-rings from valves, machining chips from threads.

 

Threaded connections are a convenient way to connect in a variety of applications. This product combines well with Air Logic's fitting product line for application specific requirements like swivel capability, and replaceable filter applications.

 

AIR-LOGIC调节器R7000系列介绍

The Modular Subminiature Precision Pressure Regulator is designed for precise regulation of pressure. It is ideal for instrumentation and industrial applications. The pressure regulator has a 20 turn adjustment range from 0.5 to 100 PSI. Maximum supply is 150 PSI. Four adjustment ranges are available: 10 PSI, 30 PSI, 60 PSI and 100 PSI. The standard device is furnished with an adjustment knob and is also available with an extended 1/4" shaft to accept an adjustment knob or furnished with an exposed screwdriver adjustment by which the pressure range can be adjusted.

 

The Unique Modular Dovetail design allows the regulator to be used individually or assembled into a modular combination of pneumatic components.

The standard pressure switch line with a variety of electrical ratings available. 15A and .1A are the most common versions and will typically have the shortest lead times. 15A is recommended for direct control of most current drawing devices. The .1A switch selection has gold plated contacts and is recommended for low amperage applications such as PLC and micro controlled interface. Other electrical options are available for specific application requirements.

 

Pressure switches apply signal pressure to a diaphragm that is opposed by a spring force. When then pressure signal force is greater than the spring force it reaches its set-point (also called “On” pressure), the internal mechanism moves and changes the electrical state.

 

When the switch trips, the normally open circuit closes and the normally closed circuit opens. The switch will remain in this state until the pressure signal drops below its reset point (also called “Off” pressure).

 

The difference between the “On” pressure and the “Off” pressure is defined as the Differential or Hysteresis of the switch. This is an important characteristic for applications such as pressure switch-controlled compressor systems. For instance, the consumption and capacity of the system along with the differential of the switch will determine how often the compressor runs.

 

Adjustments can be made to the switch by removing the round cover and turning the flat head screw. Clockwise adjustments will raise the Set point. Counter clockwise adjustments will lower the setpoint (on pressure). Adjusting preset switches is not recommended. Do not back out the flat head screw above flush with the body.
