·全机为高精度模组化涂布站结构组合装配。

·以百分表为分度头做微调上下胶轮涂布间隙来控制涂布厚度。低上胶厚度为0.01mm。厚度设定后，可以间接锁定胶轮，防止间隙改变。

·大涂布宽幅为280mm。徒步宽幅以胶槽内两片Teflon挡板来调整。可以无限长度涂布上胶，自动收卷。

·正反转无级变速，好涂布速度：4.5m/min

·放料卷轴可调整旋钮改变张力放料。

·收料卷轴可调整机械式张力控制收取。

·加温棒，上胶轮与胶槽可以从机体快速拆卸分离来清除残胶。
