ab117644 staining Mannose Receptor in rhesus monkey brain tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections).
Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 20% serum for 1 hour at 37°C; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in a citrate buffer. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/200 in 10% serum in 20% Normal Horse Serum in 1X TTBS) for 12 hours at 37°C. A biotin-conjugated horse anti-mouse IgG polyclonal (1/200) was used as the secondary antibody.
