[ 工作原理 ]
  SB型系列离心机是我公司根据广大用户进行GMP规范改造而设计的全密闭离心机，电机由变频控制（也可采用离合器）平稳启动，通过传动系统带动转鼓绕其主轴线旋转形成离心力场。加料转速、清洗转速，脱液转速都可以在一定转速（O-转鼓zui高转速）同任意选择，在离心力场的作用下，料液被抛向转鼓壁，液相经滤袋和转鼓小孔进入机壳空间落到机身底盘上，经出液口排出，固相物料留在滤袋内。料液由加料管加入，洗涤水通过洗涤管加入，加料、洗涤可由专门的阀进行控制，物料脱水，洗涤完毕后停机，借助于特殊设计的平衡装置，打开机盖，将物料卸出。

可采用变频器启动，启动平稳，分离因素可调；非接触式能耗制动系统；防静电皮带传动；机体密闭结构，密封件采用硅橡胶和氟橡胶。可实现密闭防爆要求，适合于有毒和易燃、易爆场合的应用。
配置氮气保护系统，保证离心机内腔与外部空气隔离。
