Main Application
  MY型结晶、过滤、洗涤、干燥器广泛应用于制药、化工、食品等行业的悬浊液、结晶液的固液分离-洗涤-干燥。四个工艺过程在同一设备内连续完成。
  This machine will be wildly applied to solid-liquid separation,washing and drying for suspended substance solution and crystalling solution in medichine,chemical,food industry.Four steps（crystalling;filtration;washing and drying）will be finished in same equipment.

 
[ 工作原理 ]
Working Principle
  MY型结晶、过滤、洗涤、干燥器的工作原理是在悬浮液进料，通过抽滤或压滤使母液通过过滤介质达到固液分离的目的，通过CIP装置喷洒洗液实现滤的泡洗或淤浆洗涤，再次分离母液后，用搅拌桨逐层刮起滤饼，通过设备的侧壁、底盘上的滤板和搅拌桨对物料加热，并在升降搅拌下实现动态常压或真空干燥，zui后由自动出料阀自动将干燥物排出。
 
  We add the suspended substance solution in this machine and make mother liquid go through the filtering media to separate the sold and liquid by attract filtering or press filtering.CIPwill spray washing solution to wash the separated solid or sludgy.After mother liquid separation again,the stirrer will rotate to make filtering cake loose.Hear the material through inner wall;filtering palate;and stiring oar.Dry the material under centain pressure or by vacuum drying.Finally the automatic valve will discharge the material out after drying.
