概况SUMMARY
热风循环烘箱是干燥工程师范炳喜在1978年设计的国内*产品,产品名称为CT系列热风循环烘箱,平均热效率达30%左右。后经不断改进提高,于1986年第三次改进设计时,大胆地设计了国内外从未有过的低噪音耐高温轴流风机,配用了自动控温系统,整个循环系统全封闭,从而使我国的热风循环烘箱达到了国内外*水平。烘箱的平均热效率从传统的烘房3-7%提高到目前的35-40%左右,zui高热效率可达70%。CT-C型热风循环烘箱的设计成功,为国家节约了大量能源,提高了企业的经济效益,为我国干燥设备的进步和发展,做出了一定的贡献。该烘箱1986年获科技进步奖,1990年由国家医药管理局发布了行业标准,统一型号为RXH。

1、加热热源有蒸汽、电、远红外、电蒸汽两用,供用户选择
2、使用温度:蒸汽加热50-140℃,zui高150℃。
3、用电,远红外温度50-350℃。
4、备有自控系统和计算机控制系统供用户选择。
5、常用蒸汽压力0.02-0.8Mpa(0.2-8kg/cm2)
6、配用电加热,按1型计算15kw,实用5-8kw/h。
7、特殊要求在定货时说明。

9、 使用温度大于140℃或小于60℃,要在订货时注明。
10、烘车、烘盘尺寸统一,可以互换。
