DG系列多功能过滤、洗涤、干燥(三合一)机是一种集过滤、洗涤、干燥、反应、自动出渣于一体的多功能固液分离设备。它广泛应用于精细化工、制药、石油、食品、印染、医药等行业。由于其的结构，使该设备具有与无伦比的特点：

（1）密闭过滤、无泄漏、无任何环境污染。

（2）在加压或真空状态下操作，实现固液分离。过滤时滤饼分布均匀，固液分离效果好。

（3）搅拌系统无级调速和多工位工作，过滤中限度地增大容渣空间，洗涤滤饼干净，干燥效率大大提高。

（4）排渣阀系统自动出料，降低劳动强度。

（5）特别适用于含固量大，液相和固相分别回收使用的过滤场合。

（6）过滤采用水平铺设滤材，一次过滤干净，无残液。滤材密封结构，更换滤材方便、快捷。

（7）有特殊材料制作的耐腐蚀三合一系统，能适应多种腐蚀性介质。

（8）机体内可实践搅拌、混合、打浆、反应、洗涤等多种工序作业，并能实践全自动控制和作业。

DG series multi-functions filtering.washing, drying(three in one)machine is asolid—liquid equipment with the functions of filtration, washing, drying reaction and residue discharging automatically. It is widely used in fine chemical, petroleum, foodstuff, printing, pharmaceutical industries and so on, Its special construction has the traits as follows:

（1）Fully emclosed filter, no leakage, no pollution;

（2）Solid-liquid separation can be realized under pressure or vacuum state, filter cake is evenly distributed when filtering which has good effect.

（3）stirring system can stepless speed regulating and multi-function work. It can enlarge furthest for the cake space, thus filter cake can be fully cleaned; the time of drying is reduced greatly, with high efficiency.

（4）Eischarge valve can discharge automatically which can lower labor intensity.

Especilaay suitable for the material that large solid content, and recovering liquid phase and solid phase respectively.

（5）Adopting horizontal placing filter material, one time completely filtering no remains. Filter material has unique sealing structure shich is easy to be changed.

（6）Anticorrosion three in one system is made of special material which can be suitable for multiform anticor rosion medium.

（7）Stirring, mixing, beating, reacting, washing and multiform process working can be Practiced in the body and it can carry out full automatic control.
