YPGL水平圆盘式过滤机系引进德国公司制造技术，经我公司消化吸收，并综合我国国情改进而成。该机主要用于过滤糖浆。过滤过程中通过预涂和添加质量合格的硅藻土，过滤后糖浆浊度可达0.4EBC以下。
YPG水平圆盘式式糖浆过滤机除过滤糖浆外，还可用作葡萄酒、啤酒、果汁、醋、酱油以及其它类似饮料的过滤。这些液体经过滤以后，不仅内在质量大大提高，而且外观效果非常好。过滤介质除硅藻土外， 保健食品批文转让还可用其它如珍珠粉、活性炭等。
YPG Disc-type Syrup Filter is ameliorated by our national condition, which fetch in German companies’ manufacturing technology and absorbed by our company. This machine mainly uses in filtering the syrup. Through precoating and adding qualified diatomite，the turbidities of the filtered syrup can be low as 0.4EBC.
Besides filtering syrup, PG Disc-type Syrup Filter can also filter wine, beer, juice, vinegar, soy sauce and other similar beverages. Not only the internal quality, but also the appearance are greatly improved after filtering. Besides diatomite, perlite, active carbon and so on are also available to be the filtration medium.

高级脂肪酸的特性：能溶于酒精，而不溶于水，它随着
酒精浓度和湿度的降低，其溶解度相应变小，达到一定程度是（如温度低于-10度），
高级脂肪酸类将因溶解度降低而析出，从而引起浑浊。解决白酒浑浊的的技术措施：
冷冻过滤法去除白色絮状物把酒液温度降至零下，酒液中就会出现白色絮状物，析出
结晶，然后在低温条件下进行过滤，出去沉淀物，得到请透明的白酒。
工作原理：
直接将援救通过两级交换器进行制冷，有螺杆制冷剂提供冷量，将22度左右的液体直接
降温至-19度，降温后的液体再经过滤机进行两级过滤，从而达到清透之目的。

working principle:
