带式油水分离机（刮油机、撇油机、浮油吸收机、浮油捞除机）广泛应用于数控机床、CNC加工中心等机床中的水剂、乳化液中漂浮的油污自动分离出来，从而延长了冷却液的寿命，同时也延长了刀具的使用寿命，保证了加工精度。

工作原理：
利用油水之间不同重力和表面张力等特性，当刮油带穿过水面时，吸取并带走表面各种浮油。
