注：以上指标是满足以下情况的指标，原料品种玉米，水分小于 13％，容重不低于 0.72t ／ m3。粉碎筛片筛孔直径 φ2.0MM，开孔率不低于 33％。水滴宽腔粉碎机性能特点： 1．水滴形粉碎式，定刀隔腔，在水滴形下部设有再粉碎室，破坏环流，提高打击率； 2．操作门有安全互锁装置以保证操作门打开时电机无法启动； 3．电动机和粉碎机转子安装在同一重型底座上，采用柱销联轴器直联传动，转子经动平衡效验，并可正反向工作； 4．本机转子经特殊设计，具有两种不同的锤筛间隙。
